Values and Ethos
As a Catholic school we see our role as part of the overall mission of the church. Inspired by gospel values we aim that children grow in their faith in a safe, supportive community. The governors want the school to be a place where the living God in the person of Jesus Christ is encountered. With Christ at the centre we aim to foster an academic culture providing for each child to reach her or his potential whatever their starting point. Valuing each person, we aspire to give the best context for young people to develop their friendships and develop their understanding of the world around them and their place within it.
Our Mission Statement
Inspired by gospel values, we aim to provide an excellent academic and enriching education, enabling our pupils to excel and have access to life in all its fullness. We aim to work collaboratively with our parents, parishes and partners so that our pupils learn and achieve their full potential in body, mind and spirit. Within our community, we will strive to foster mutual respect; valuing and supporting each other.
