Contact Details Change
It is very important that we always hold the correct information for you and your child should we need to contact you in case of an emergency, or if we have to close the school due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, please let us know of any changes to your contact details (telephone, email and postal address) as soon as possible so that we can get in touch with you without delay.
We also send regular texts to keep you up-to-date with what is going on at school so please ensure we have at least two emergency contact numbers.
If any of your information has changed, please complete the ‘Change of contact details’ form below. If your address has changed we will need to see a document containing your new address on it, as the school office will need to take a copy to put it in your child's file.
We will ensure that your child's records are updated.
